Thick, tasty and full of traditional flavours, we produce it without peeling waste and with a slow pasteurisation in a bain-marie.

Fresh tomatoes and salt are combined to create our tomato puree, which is delicate, tasty and rustic, just like tradition. The tomatoes we use are of the highest quality, fresh, grown in our own and neighbouring areas by trusted growers, and then processed with due care in an artisan manner.
We pick the tomatoes at the right time and process them fresh by blanching them in water before processing; finally, the classic pasteurisation is carried out in a bain-marie at the right time, without rushing. Waiting time is essential for an exclusive production such as ours and it helps to make our puree very different from industrial ones.
We obtain a goodness like no other, which responds to the desire to rediscover the flavours of the past and make them one's own, enjoying a shared pleasure.
