Spicy mango cream
Spicy mango cream has a distinctly unique flavour. It is the spicy version of our mango cream; to the recipe, made of sweet, juicy mango, extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice, we add a pinch of chilli. The taste is sublime, intense but pleasant.
The spicy mango cream is also excellent with cheeses, from the freshest to medium and matured cheeses. Wonderful with fried fish.
Also ideal for vegetarians.
